• Personalized Weekly or Biweekly Training Plans

Athletes log completed workouts through the platform. I review sessions regularly and provide timely feedback to guide your progress.

• Consistent Coach Communication

Open communication is encouraged throughout your plan—you’ll always have access to coaching support, accountability, and guidance.

• Performance Check-ins Every 2–4 Weeks

Regular in-depth reviews to assess your development, refine your plan, and set new benchmarks.

• Local Group Training Sessions (Tampa Bay Area)

Join ForzaFit run groups for structured team sessions in scenic and runner-friendly locations.

Run Coaching Rates

 (3 month minimum)

• One developmental training plan sent via FinalSurge.com, updated weekly

• Maximum 1 phone call per week between hours of 8:00am-8:00pm, with 24 hour response

• 1 email or text (with response) per week

$175/month

Paid-in-Full discount price if 6-month plan is purchased = $1000 ($50 savings)

New athletes must purchase the Unlimited Monthly Emails and Calls service for the first 3 month of service.
