15-week Group Training:  St Pete Half/10K & Best Damn Race Half, 10K, 5K

Make sure you have at least a 12-13 miles run weekly base and a 6 mile log run base prior starting the half marathon program. If you need to chat about how to build a strong base contact coach RosaLaura.  For the 10K you just need to have a 3 miles run/walk base.

The ForzaFit Fall race plan includes a FinalSurge account where you will access your daily training plan for the 15 weeks leading up to your race. 

Fee = $150

15-week group training includes:

1 - Initial meeting. 
2 -15 weeks Training schedule (daily workout program, beginner to experienced specific training
programs) beginning on 10/24/17
3 - Coached, team training sessions (Weekends runs in the Tampa Bay Area & speed-work Thursday pm (NW YMCA & Upper Tampa Trail, Clearwater & more). 
4 - Certified RRCA, IRONMAN & USAT coach RosaLaura Saggese Elbooz to guide you through & team support to keep you motivated
5 - Informational clinics and emails (learn about nutrition, stretching, speed work, race day prep, and much more) 
6 - Team activities and other perks
7 - ForzaFit Running Singlet

You will receive your training program via Final-surge and you will be added to our closed Facebook group. Note that within the 3 cycles you will have periodization as well (ex. build weeks and recovery weeks). The weeks all work together within the cycle, if you need to make major adjustments, let's chat about it. We will participate in various events before the "A" race. 
We will prepare and race for St Pete Run Fest challenge, St Pete Beach Classic & Best Damn Race (Half, 5k-10k).
We will send a note about some races we propose to complete as a team.
