ForzaFit Mission
Our mission goes beyond triathlon coaching—we’re here to transform lives by helping athletes become stronger, healthier, and more confident, both physically and mentally.
Every athlete is unique, and so is our approach. Our programs are designed to meet you where you are and take you where you want to go. Whether you’re a first-time racer or a seasoned competitor, we create personalized plans that align with your goals, schedule, and current fitness level—and we evolve those plans as you grow.
With over 20 years of experience in both racing and coaching, we bring advanced knowledge in:
• Anatomy & physiology
• Biomechanics & efficient movement
• Injury prevention & treatment
• Exercise science & sport-specific training
• Athlete education & mindset coaching
But what truly defines ForzaFit is our commitment to empowering athletes. We don’t just guide training—we help you believe in your potential, develop resilience, and become the most well-rounded version of yourself.
We’re here to support, challenge, and celebrate you every step of the way.
Because at ForzaFit, we believe: Anything is Possible.
And when the going gets tough? ShutUpLegs.

Founder of ForzaFit | USAT Level II & IRONMAN Certified Coach
Born and raised in Italy, I moved to the U.S. at 26 and have dedicated over two decades to triathlon and fitness coaching. With a USAT Level II certification and IRONMAN Coach credentials, I combine deep knowledge of endurance sports with a strong foundation in functional fitness and group instruction.
At ForzaFit, I deliver customized, data-driven coaching for triathletes of all levels—from first-time finishers to World Championship qualifiers. Every plan is tailored to your goals, schedule, and current fitness level—no templates, no fluff. Just smart, purposeful training.
With 25+ years of personal triathlon experience and over 20 years as a coach, I specialize in online coaching with frequent, personalized interaction. You’ll receive daily feedback through TrainingPeaks or FinalSurge, and I stay closely connected via phone, FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Messenger—because coaching is about communication, not just workouts.
I split my time between Tampa, Florida, and Naples, Italy, bringing a global perspective and a relentless passion for helping athletes thrive. I’ve qualified for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship 7+ times and continue to lead by example through my own racing and training.
What I Offer:
Individualized triathlon & run coaching
Data-based training using GPS, heart rate, FTP, RPE & more
Strength programming for endurance athletes
Swim and run form analysis
Supportive and free training camps for ForzaFit athletes
Consistent communication, plan adjustments, and accountability
Whether you’re training for your first sprint triathlon or chasing a Kona or 70.3 Worlds slot, I’ll guide you with a science-backed, athlete-centered approach that adapts as you grow.
